Cadastre

We have a paid access to the Cadastre databases where all purchase contracts are kept, therefore there is also information on purchase prices.

Data from real sales

We find out the price of the property from data on real sales of properties that are as similar as possible, in the immediate vicinity and sold recently.

Own database

Our own database of sales and offers with a detailed description of real estate, photographs and specifications is also a determining guideline.
